I grew up fishing for small mouth (brownies) on the Buffalo National River. Me and my trusty Zebco 33 saw many a sunrise and sunsets on one of the most beautiful rivers in the State of Arkansas. At the age of 16, I joined a local bass club and fished on Beaver Lake, Table Rock, Bull Shoals, and the Arkansas River. My passion for tournament angling began that year and I haven't slowed down since. It doesn't matter if it's an FLW Tour Event or a local jackpot tournament, I fish them all the same. I have learned over the years that "attitude" and "execution" are the two most important aspects to be a successful tournament angler. I give thanks to my Lord and Savior "Jesus Christ" for every precious day spent on the water. If "Heaven" is anything like a beautiful spring morning sunrise over a crystal blue lake.....Well, I am ready to go fishing there too.
